Saving and installing are separate checks
My Ozark stores your supported ERA settings. Zen Flasher installs the licensed build on the selected Zen slot. Saving a profile is not, by itself, confirmation that the device is running that profile. Check the complete path before tuning again.
This guide follows the documented ERA workflow. Menu labels and supported settings can vary by build; use the current installation instructions alongside it.
Find where the change stops

1. Confirm the saved profile
- Open the account and ERA profile you intend to use.
- Record the build, active mode, trigger and value you are changing.
- Save using the documented controls and check for a success or error message.
- Reopen that same profile. Confirm the value is still present before moving to installation.
If the profile does not retain the change, record the exact field and save response for Ozark support. Do not repeatedly overwrite multiple profiles while diagnosing one field.
2. Verify installation and the active slot
In Zen Flasher, use your licensed access and the linked device. Check the selected product, build and target slot before starting. Wait for completion and the installed-slot readback; keep the device connected while a write is in progress.
Afterward, confirm the active device slot matches the slot you programmed. If you keep several builds, record their slot numbers so an old setup cannot be mistaken for the new one. Follow the ERA installation guide for the full sequence.
3. Check the mode that uses the value
Button Shooting and Tempo Shooting share the shot-button input and are separate modes. A Button Time adjustment does not establish a change to AutoGreen’s right-stick sequence. For AutoGreen, also verify the assigned L3 / R3 trigger.
Watch the three inputs together and compare them with the action you are making. If input is correct and the change is installed, use the repeatable timing check instead of assuming the save failed because one shot missed.
What to send when the problem remains
Include the ERA build, profile name, field changed, expected and observed values, target slot, installation result and platform. A screenshot of the field before and after reopening can distinguish a profile problem from an installation problem. Keep your customer key and payment information private.
A firmware error or missing device belongs in device troubleshooting. Avoid a factory reset as a substitute for checking which profile and slot you selected.
