Two problems worth checking in detail
For shots that trigger but differ between MyCourt and online, use the offline-versus-online timing guide. If a profile change seems absent, follow the saved-settings and installed-slot checklist.
First, check these three things.
Confirm the installed build and selected slot in Zen Flasher.
Button Shooting and Tempo Shooting are separate button paths.
Keep your jumper, game mode and connection consistent while testing.
What are you trying to fix?
01 I can’t find my key or activation email.
Check the inbox and spam folder for the email used at checkout. Open the My Ozark activation link from that email and use the matching ERA customer key.
If it is still missing, contact Ozark support with your order details through the private support process. You do not need to buy another key to report an access problem.
See the activation step02 My Zen isn’t showing up for setup.
Use the documented Windows PC setup with desktop Chrome or Edge and a data-capable USB cable. Follow the current connection instructions for your hardware; a charging-only cable will not provide a data connection.
Check Ozark’s compatibility guide and the current ERA installation steps. Keep the Zen connected while a write is in progress. If the Flasher reports an error, keep the exact message for support.
Follow the device-not-detected checks03 The button does something different than I expected.
Check the active mode in My Ozark. Button Shooting runs a saved shot-button hold and release. Tempo Shooting waits for you to release the input before the upward right-stick sweep. They are separate modes; enabling one disables the other.
AutoGreen / OneTap uses the assigned L3 / R3 trigger. Check the binding in your profile, save any supported changes, and confirm the installed slot.
Watch the three controller inputs04 My shots don’t match the demo.
Confirm the ERA build, slot and shooting mode first. Keep the same jumper and game conditions, then adjust one setting for that mode at a time and compare the in-game feedback.
Button Shooting uses its own button settings. Follow the timing controls for your installed build; a setting from a rhythm mode is not automatically a button-shot setting. A saved value is specific to your setup.
Follow the first-shot checklist05 Something changed after an update.
Read the current ERA release notes and compare them with the build installed on your Zen. Check whether the relevant control or setting changed before reusing older instructions.
After following the current setup instructions, test with the same mode and jumper. Send support your ERA build, game/platform and the change you noticed if the issue remains.
06 My shots are early or late.
Start by checking whether the feedback describes Timing or Tempo. For timing, keep the same jumper and shot type while you adjust the setting for your active mode. A button-hold setting and a rhythm setting do not represent the same action.
- Confirm the installed build, slot and active mode.
- Record the current value and the exact early/late feedback.
- Change one supported timing control and repeat the same shot conditions.
- Compare a series of attempts before keeping the change.
Use the control directions documented for your ERA build. There is no universal value that this guide can prescribe for every jumper.
See the button timing demonstration ↗07 The feedback says fast or slow.
Fast/slow feedback concerns the rhythm sweep’s Tempo; early/late feedback concerns Timing. Record them separately. Do not change a button-shot hold just because a rhythm attempt reports slow tempo.
Confirm whether you are using AutoGreen or hold-and-release Tempo Shooting. Check the supported tempo control for that installed ERA build, change only that control and repeat the same attempt.
See the Tempo Shooting input ↗08 It feels different in MyCourt, Park or Rec.
Compare the conditions before copying a new value: jumper, shot type, game mode, active script, feedback and connection. A result from one session does not establish the right setting for another mode.
Repeat a consistent, open shot in the mode you actually play. Keep a short record of timing and tempo separately. This can show whether one direction repeats or the results are scattered; it does not diagnose latency by itself.
For support, provide clips from both conditions using the same input and settings. Avoid changing several values to chase a single miss.
09 I saved settings, but the Zen still feels the same.
Saving a My Ozark profile and installing a build onto the Zen are separate steps. Check the profile, selected shooting mode and target slot, then follow the current ERA installation flow.
- Confirm the saved profile contains the intended change.
- Use the matching key and linked device in Zen Flasher.
- Confirm the installed build and slot after the write.
- Select that slot and test the input for its active mode.
If you cannot confirm a change, send the exact step and result to Ozark support. Do not expose your customer key in a public screenshot.
Review configuration and installation ↗10 Standing shots work, but moving shots or fades do not.
First check whether the feature you enabled supports that shot type. A standstill sequence is not evidence that the same trigger or timing is correct for a fade, moving shot or another animation.
Keep standing and moving attempts separate when testing. Use only the shot-specific options present in your installed ERA build. If the option name in an old video differs from your current profile, consult the ERA release notes before carrying the value across.
Check what each shooting path does ↗Still stuck? Bring these details.
- Your platform and controller
- The installed ERA build and active shooting mode
- The step that failed and any exact error message
- A short controller-and-gameplay clip, if relevant
Keep customer keys and other access details out of public channels.
