Get the essentials together.
- A Cronus Zen, the correct data cable, and a supported controller/platform setup.
- A Windows PC with desktop Chrome or Edge for the My Ozark setup and flashing path.
- Your Ozark customer key and activation email. The script purchase does not include Zen hardware.
Check the current compatibility guide before buying extra hardware or assuming a connection method will work. Platform requirements can change.
01 / Activate the right key.
Open the My Ozark activation link in your access email. Use the checkout email and customer key associated with your ERA purchase. Keep the key private; it is your access credential.
One key links to one Zen. If you are replacing the linked device or the email is missing, use Ozark support rather than buying a second key to work around an access problem.
02 / Choose your shooting path.
Open your ERA setup in My Ozark. Decide whether you want Button Shooting, Tempo Shooting, or AutoGreen before adjusting values. Confirm the active input binding and save the supported settings for that mode.
Not sure which to choose? Watch the controls side by side.
Continue to the licensed Flasher.
Activate the matching key, connect its linked Zen, select ERA, and choose the target slot. Keep the device connected during the write. Wait for the installed-slot readback to confirm the selected build and slot.
Follow Ozark's current ERA setup instructions.
03 / Change one thing at a time.
If your first shots do not match the demo, start with the setup rather than changing every value together.
- Verify the slot. Confirm you are using the intended ERA build and slot.
- Verify the mode. Button and rhythm paths use different input behavior.
- Keep conditions consistent. Retest with the same jumper, game mode, controller, and connection.
- Adjust one supported setting. Compare the in-game feedback, then decide whether to keep the change.
Button Shooting and Tempo Shooting are separate modes. Normal OneTap and Tempo Lock share Rhythm Time in the documented ERA release; always match the instructions to the build you installed.
Give support something useful to work with.
Send the build/version, platform, controller, active shooting mode, and the exact step where you are stuck. Include the error text or a short clip of the input and result where relevant. Share customer credentials only through Ozark's private support process.
Open the Ozark Discord community or use the support page.
